This project was undertaken for the Ministry for the Environment (MfE), to look at ways that integrated catchment management (ICM) approaches, can be used to achieve improved local water management practices, including measurable improvement in water quality and evidence of more efficient water use. The project involves a review of existing literature and examples of (ICM) projects in New Zealand.
